The Central Bank of Russia takes TogliattiAzot to court

On November 19, the Arbitration Court of the Samara region is going to hear a claim filed by the Central Bank of Russia against the TogliattiAzot plant.
According to the case file, the Central Bank of Russia is asking the court to oblige TogliattiAzot to comply with the order of July 13, 2017 to eliminate violations of the law by amending the charter of the enterprise, providing for the elimination of the indication of its public status from the company name.
TogliattiAzot is one of the world’s largest producers of ammonia. It can produce 3 million tons of ammonia per year.
