PhosAgro to pay impressive dividends

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, PhosAgro shareholders made decision to pay dividends in the amount of 6.216 billion rubles (almost $ 98.5 million) at the rate of 48 rubles ($ 0.76) per ordinary share (or 16 rubles ($ 0.25) per global depositary receipt) from retained earnings generated as on December 31, 2018.

“By implementing a large-scale investment program, PhosAgro has sustainably expanded in recent years its capacity to generate free cash flow. This helps the company to finance new investment projects and programs related to corporate social responsibility planned under a long-term development strategy until 2025 as well as to ensure stable dividend payouts to our shareholders,” commented Andrey Guryev, CEO of PhosAgro.
