New Chairman at Itafos
The Board of Directors of the Canadian company Itafos has appointed Anthony Cina as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr Cina has been its member since April 2015 and has been interim Chairman since November 2019.
Anthony Sina has over 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting and tax-related roles, corporate finance, and has extensive experience in mining operations. He has held senior positions in various mining companies.
Itafos’s Board of Directors previously appointed Mhamed Ibnabdeljalil as CEO. He has been a member of the Itafos Board of Directors since December 2016.
