Agrostandard filed a claim against KuibyshevAzot

On November 20, the Commercial Court of Moscow will hold a hearing on the claim of the Agrostandard company (Volgograd city) against the KuibyshevAzot plant (the city of Togliatti, Samara region).

According to the case files, Agrostandart intends to recover 1 million rubles (approximately $12.9 thousand) from KuibyshevAzot. The reasons for filing a claim are not disclosed in the materials.

Agrostandart is engaged in the wholesale of mineral fertilizers. KuibyshevAzot produces ammonia and nitrogen fertilizers (ammonium nitrate, carbamide, carbamide-ammoniac compound, and ammonium sulfate).
