Volga Communal Systems filed a claim against KuibyshevAzot
On November 15 this year, the Commercial Court of the Samara region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Volga Communal Systems against KuibyshevAzot.
As follows from the case files, Volga Communal Systems intend to recover from KuibyshevAzot 11.249 million rubles (over $185 thousand) and the cost of paying the state fee of 79.244 thousand rubles (approximately $1.3 thousand).
The reasons for filing a claim have not been disclosed in the case files. However, taking into account that the Volga Communal Systems are engaged in the distribution of water for drinking and industrial needs, the debt may be associated with its supply to KuibyshevAzot.
KuibyshevAzot produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, carbamide, ammonium sulfate, and carbamide-ammoniac compound.
