Bayer faced a problem with Rosselkhoznadzor

On May 19, the Commercial Court of the Moscow region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) against the Russian subsidiary of the German chemical giant Bayer.
As follows from the case files, Rosselkhoznadzor intends to bring Bayer to justice for conducting a business without state registration or special permission (license).
If the Court sustains a claim of Rosselkhoznadzor, it may lead to the suspension of Bayer’s subsidiary for up to 90 days.
Bayer is one of the world’s largest producers of plant protection products.
