Usolskiy potash plant has got a claim from its contractor

On August 17, 2021, the Commercial Court of the Perm region held a hearing on the claim of TehPromAvtomatika (Perm) against the Usolskiy potash plant (part of EuroChem).

As follows from the case files, TehPromAvtomatika intends to recover 7.988 million rubles (approximately $108 thousand) from the Usolskiy potash plant. The reasons to recover this amount are not disclosed.

The Usolskiy potash plant develops the Belopashinsky section of the Verkhnekamskoe potash deposit.
