Dmitry Mazepin, ex-General Director of Uralchem and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralkali, sold a controlling stake (52% of the previously owned 100%) of Uralchem, which can indirectly dispose of 100% of the voting shares of Uralkali.
Moreover, Dmitry Mazepin no longer holds positions in the management bodies of Uralchem — a direct shareholder of Uralkali.
“The stable fulfillment of its obligations to ensure uninterrupted supplies of products to the company’s customers, as well as obligations to creditors, is one of the priorities of Uralkali in the current conditions,” the company’s press-release says.
