Russia will increase the export of nitrogen fertilizers until the end of December

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution to expand the current quota for the export of nitrogen fertilizers by 750 thousand tons. As a result, it now exceeds 9 million tons. The quota will be valid until the end of December this year.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has been entrusted with distributing additional volumes among exporters.

The decision was made to support domestic producers of mineral fertilizers, which, in conditions of sufficient saturation of the domestic market, will have the opportunity to send extra volumes for export.
