Uralchem joined the Russian consortium for training agricultural specialists

Uralchem, the University of the Technological Initiative 2035, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects, and Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy signed an agreement on the creation of the consortium.

The consortium is a comprehensive industry project aimed at providing training for qualified specialists for agriculture, solving a wide range of personnel tasks in the agro-industrial complex, and creating a communication platform for business representatives, educational organizations, authorities, and development institutions to improve the personnel training system.

Participation in the project of representatives of large specialized businesses will create a seamless system of training and career growth for specialists throughout the country.

“With the active development of the agro-industrial complex, there is a need for qualified personnel, the development of new hybrid programs to improve the skills of specialists and train students. Uralchem actively develops interaction with young people from the early educational stages, focusing on the specifics of the manufacturing industry. By combining the efforts of the entire agro-industrial complex, we are reaching a new level of integrated development of solutions for attracting talents,” said Alexandra Glazkova, Deputy General Director of Uralchem.
