Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers began mass production of MultiStart fertilizer

Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers (part of Uralchem) has started commercial production of biomodified fertilizer MultiStart (NPKS 15:15:15:11).

MultiStart, in addition to macronutrients useful for plants – nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sulfur, contains microorganisms that increase the availability of nutrients for plants both from fertilizers and from the soil, and also develop resistance to pathogens.

The first batches of MultiStart were produced at a pilot plant in July 2022. In order to increase the volume of production, the equipment was modernized. The main components of the technological scheme were arranged in the ammophos workshop No. 1. To organize the storage and shipment of this and other brands of NPKS fertilizers by road and rail, an additional storage area was built, the packaging line was improved and a new overhead crane was purchased.
