Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers reported on the 2022 production results

Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers (part of Uralchem) reported the production results for 2022. In total, 756 thousand tons of marketable products were produced last year, 7.4% more than a year earlier. At the same time, the output of mineral fertilizers increased by 9.8% to 723 thousand tons.

Growth was recorded in almost all types of manufactured products. For example, the production of NPKS-4 fertilizer (15:15:15:11) increased by 9.4% to 160 thousand tons and a record amount of NPK-1 fertilizer was produced – 375.3 thousand tons, which is 2.5 times more than in 2021. High production rates of water-soluble NPK fertilizers were also recorded and amounted to more than 12 thousand tons (an increase of 4.5%).

189 thousand tons of phosphoric acid were produced. In May, a record output of this product reached – 18.8 thousand tons. This result was achieved due to large-scale work on the technical re-equipment of the phosphoric acid workshop No. 3, as well as thanks to projects to improve the operational efficiency of production and reduce losses.

A separate structural unit in the city of Yartsevo (Smolensk region) produced 21.1 thousand tons of AdBlue solution, a reagent used to clean diesel engine exhaust gases. Productivity growth compared to the previous year amounted to 43.5%.
