Gomel Chemical Plant seeks export growth in Kazakhstan

Gomel Chemical Plant aims to expand its presence in the Kazakh market following a trade mission to Kazakhstan by an official delegation from the Gomel region of Belarus.
The delegation visited Karaganda and Astana from April 14 to 18, 2025, as part of efforts to strengthen interregional cooperation and boost exports from the Gomel region to Kazakhstan. The group included senior representatives from major Belarusian enterprises, including Dmitry Chernyakov, director of Gomel Chemical Plant.
During the visit, the delegation participated in a series of business events and bilateral meetings with Kazakh companies. Negotiations were held at venues including the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region, the Chamber of Foreign Commerce of Kazakhstan, and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Astana.
Additionally, the delegation met with the ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Belarusian Embassy in Astana. The talks focused on enhancing trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.
