EuroChem rolls out in-house digital system to monitor contractor work quality

EuroChem has launched a proprietary digital platform for overseeing contractor performance, becoming the first company in the fertilizer industry to implement such a system, according to its internal announcement.
The new system—officially called the Independent Work Control (IWC) management platform—automates the assessment and tracking of contractors’ work quality across the company’s sites. It is accessible through both web and mobile interfaces and enables inspectors to file remarks directly from their mobile devices. All involved parties receive real-time updates on any issues logged.
“The implementation of the IWC system is a step forward in increasing transparency in the management of contractors and the efficiency of work production,” said Marina Troyanova, Head of the Technical Control Department at EuroChem. “It is especially important that this is our own development, created for the needs and tasks of EuroChem.”
The company emphasized that the platform was entirely developed in-house—from system architecture to launch. Among the key benefits, EuroChem highlighted the automation of workflow between stakeholders, the elimination of manual data entry in Excel, and a reduction in technical errors and human-related risks.
The IWC platform is also described as scalable and, according to EuroChem, has already shown strong performance indicators since its deployment.
With this initiative, EuroChem says it aims not only to improve its internal quality control mechanisms but also to set a new benchmark for contractor management standards within the industry.
