MyLand has launched a crop warranty program designed to guarantee financial returns for growers using its soil health service, the company said. Developed in partnership with Growers Edge, the program targets producers of apples, pistachios, and almonds across major U.S. growing regions during the 2026 crop season.

The warranty guarantees growers at least USD 250 per acre in added value, measured through yield and crop quality improvements achieved with the MyLand Service. The program compares MyLand-treated acres with control blocks through side-by-side field trials over a full growing season. Growers Edge verifies the field data, yield results, and any payments through a third-party verification process.

“Soil health is the foundation of a farm’s long-term productivity and profitability,” said Dane Hague, co-founder and chief executive of MyLand. “The Growers Edge warranty reinforces our confidence in MyLand’s outcomes and our commitment to standing alongside growers as they invest in their soil.”

For the 2026 crop year, the program will be available for almonds and pistachios in California, and apples in California and Washington. Enrollment is now open, with deadlines varying by crop and region. Additional details are available through MyLand representatives or by contacting the company directly.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
