EuroChem has signed a Memorandum of Intent with one of the European contractors regarding the possibility of building a new urea and ammonia plant in Kingisepp (Leningrad Oblast).

In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the contractor will carry out preliminary engineering and surveying works at the brownfield site adjacent to the existing production facilities of EuroChem (meaning the enterprises Phosphorite and EuroChem Northwest).
