VEB wants to put Ammoni on watch

Vnesheconombank (VEB) is filing a request for arbitration with the Tatarstan Arbitration Court for introduction of a monitoring procedure at the Ammoni plant (the city of Mendeleevsk) to restore the solvency of the enterprise.
It is noted that “the main shareholders are Tatammoniy (46.4%), VEB (20%) and Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan (33.6%).”
