Is Acron getting into trouble with its contractors?

The Moscow Arbitration Court is going to hold a hearing on the claim of KhimInvestTrans against the Akron Plant (part of Acron Group).

As follows from the case file, KhimInvestTrans intends to recover 207.8 thousand rubles (approximately $ 3375) from Acron. The reasons for filing the lawsuit are unknown, but they may be related to the transportation of goods, which KhimInvestTrans is involved in.

Note that there have been a number of other lawsuits filed against Acron recently. For example, an individual entrepreneur Aleksey Sakharov intends to recover from Acron more than 5 million rubles (approximately $ 81,540) in the Arbitration Court of the Novgorod Region, while the Ferrit company – more than 2 million rubles (almost $ 38 thousand) in the same court.
