Uralchem to help the development of Kirovo-Chepetsk

The government of the Kirov region, the administration of the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk, and Uralchem have signed a trilateral cooperation agreement, the press office of the regional government reported.

The agreement sets out the obligations of the parties regarding the development of social and infrastructural projects in the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk. Under its conditions, Uralchem will transfer 25 million rubles (more than 405 thousand US dollars) to the budget of Kirovo-Chepetsk. The funds will be used for road repair, provision of urban amenities, and support to the Center for Technical Creativity.

“Uralchem consistently allocates funds to support schools, children’s sports, and veterans. We repair rooms in kindergartens and help to provide urban amenities in the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk,” said Dmitry Trushkov, Director of the Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Plant (part of Uralchem).
