Supplier may participate in privatization of Odessa Port Plant

AgroGasTrading (AGT) CEO Oleksandr Horbunenko and AGT partner Volodymyr Kolot have held a number of meetings with the employees of the Odessa Port Plant (Ukraine), during which the parties emphasized the importance of ensuring long-term production operations for the enterprise.

AgroGasTrading began cooperation with the Odessa Port Plant in August 2019, and since then AGT and the OPP have established partnership relations.

It has been 200 days since the OPP started operation upon the conclusion of the tolling agreement with AgroGasTrading, and the parties have fully complied with their contact obligations, never having contested them. According to the results of 200 days of operation of the Odessa Port Plant, 351.2 million cubic meters of natural gas were processed, which made it possible to produce 421 thousand tons of carbamide and 39.2 thousand tons of ammonia.

Oleksandr Horbunenko has confirmed that AgroGasTrading considers the possibility of participating in the completion for the privatization of the Odessa Port Plant.
