RZD files a claim against Acron

Russian Railways (RZD) has filed a claim to Saint Petersburg Commercial Court against Acron (part of Acron Group).
The reasons and the subject-matter of the claim are not disclosed.
Acron can produce up to 2.140 million tons of ammonia, 2 million tons of ammonia nitrate, 1.420 million tons of carbamide, 1.7 million tons of carbamide-ammoniac compound and 1.620 million tons of NPK fertilizers.
