Uyut files a claim against Acron

Uyut company has filed a claim in the Novgorod Commercial Court against Acron (part of Acron Group).

As follows from the case file, Acron intended to recover 714.583 thousand rubles (approximately $9.9 thousand). The reasons for filing a claim were not disclosed, however, the materials mentioned the severe financial condition of Uyut.

Uyut operates with housing facilities and manages a number of houses in the city of Veliky Novgorod.

Acron can produce up to 2.140 million tons of ammonia, 2 million tons of ammonium nitrate, 1.420 million tons of carbamide, 1.7 million tons of carbamide-ammoniac compound and 1.620 million tons of NPK fertilizers.
