Uralchem introduces automated recruitment system
Uralchem has automated personnel recruitment, using an intelligent recruiting system. The system increases the controllability and transparency of recruitment processes, as well as reduces the cost of hiring new personnel. Currently, the process takes, on average, 22 days.
The system automatically implements most of the stages of candidate selection. It independently collects responses from all the sources where vacancies are published and digitizes the process from the first contact with the candidate to their employment.
The system also informs candidates of changes throughout the selection, reminds of upcoming interviews and next steps. The HR specialists conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, as well as evaluate the final results to make a decision on the candidate. The transparency of the system greatly simplifies the process of approving candidates.
