Togliattiazot has begun recruitment for a new carbamide unit

Togliattiazot (Samara region) has begun the recruitment for work at its carbamide unit No.3. The construction of the unit is already completed by 65.7%.

The recruitment has begun before the completion of the construction, and over 20 people have been already hired. They will be training at the carbamide units No.1 and No.2, and later they will be transferred to the newly formed workshop.

An important feature of the construction of a new unit is that it’s being conducted at an operating production facility. The implementation of the project requires updating all Togliattiazot systems. Particularly, the carbamide warehouse was modernized, a new conveyor line is being built: it will stretch from the granulation tower of the new unit to the carbamide warehouse, and then from the warehouse to the site for loading the product into railway cars. Foundations for a new transport system are ready at the moment, and builders are erecting metal structures and conducting an intermediate assembly of conveyor lines. The project of the new unit also provides for the ability to ship carbamide, bypassing the warehouse, directly to trains.
