NLMK filed a lawsuit against Eco-Culture
Today (on October 21, 2020), the Commercial Court of the Stavropol region will hold a hearing on the claim of Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK) against Eco-Culture company (Stavropol region).
According to the case files, NLMK intends to recover from the Eco-Culture company almost 22.7 million rubles (approximately $292 thousand). The reasons for filing a claim are not disclosed in the materials. However, it worth noting that NLMK is one of the largest producers of steel products in Russia, and the upcoming hearing might be related to its supplies.
