Churilovo may go bankrupt due to tax debts
On December 8, the Commercial Court of the Chelyabinsk region will hold a hearing on the claim of Federal Tax Service against the Churilovo agricultural complex, which has a tax debt of 37.8 million rubles (approximately $499.5 thousand).
“To preserve production and pay its employees on time, Churilovo payments to the federal and regional budgets have been postponed to the 4th quarter of 2020. The Churilovo agricultural complex recognizes the existing problems with the fulfillment of its own obligations and guarantees to pay the existing tax debt during November 2020. As of today, most of the claims have already been paid,” Churilovo said.
The Churilovo agricultural complex is one of the largest agricultural enterprises and suppliers of fresh vegetables of the Ural Federal District.
