Grodno Azot suspends the carbamide production workshop

A forced suspension of the carbamide production workshop No.3 occurred at the Grodno Azot plant. It happened due to a short circuit in the cable at one of the units.

The workshop was stopped with its temporary load relief, and then its work was resumed. Nevertheless, the incident didn’t affect the output of products of the plant.

Last fall, Grodno Azot several times suspended the production of carbamide workshops No.3 and No.4 and ammonia workshop No.4. In September, two of these workshops stopped for scheduled repairs for almost a month.
