SPIMEX faces another lawsuit
On February 19, the Commercial Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region will hold a hearing on the claim of Impuls company and Petrovsknefteprodukt filed against Saint Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX).
As follows from the case files, in October last year, Impuls and Petrovsknefteprodukt filed a lawsuit to the Commercial Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region, claiming to invalidate some points of the rules for admission to organized trading on SPIMEX.
SPIMEX deals with the sale and purchase of various goods, particularly oil products and mineral fertilizers. The list of its shareholders includes Rosneft, Transneft and Russian Railways.
