PhosAgro increased sales of nitrogen fertilizers by 12%

In the 1Q2021, PhosAgro increased the production of phosphorus fertilizers and feed phosphates by 2.3% (compared to the same period of 2020) to 1.983 million tons and nitrogen fertilizers by 2.3% to 631.4 thousand tons.

The sales of phosphorus fertilizers and feed phosphates in the January-March period of 2021, remained practically unchanged and amounted to 2.076 million tons, while the sales of nitrogen fertilizers rose by 12% to 787.3 thousand tons.

“PhosAgro showed good production and financial results in the last year, while the 1Q2021 confirmed the company’s position and its ability to bring strong operating results through its large-scale production facilities, satisfying the growing demand for fertilizers,” said Xavier Rolet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PhosAgro.
