Symborg has launched new biostimulant production

The Spanish company Symborg has launched a new plant aimed at the production of biostimulants and organic fertilizers and has begun the sales of its innovative Balius product. Balius is based on pure alpha-keratin, which is compatible with all types of plants cultivated in agriculture.

“Balius is a new source of energy for crops, for example, during the times of maximum nutrient demand or abiotic stress of yield,” said Jesús Juárez, CEO of Symborg.

Balius helps to increase the yield of fruit trees through better growth, flowering, fruit setting, and fruit preservation. It also increases crops’ resistance to adverse conditions such as frost, drought, waterlogging, salinization, replanting, pruning, or osmotic imbalances.
