Avgust filed a claim against Bars
The Commercial Court of the Moscow region is considering the claim of the Avgust company against the Bars agricultural firm (Tatarstan).
The reasons for filing the claim are not disclosed in the case files, and the date of the hearing has not yet been set.
The Bars company is engaged in the cultivation of cereals, legumes, and oilseeds. While Avgust is one of the largest manufacturers of plant protection products and its claim against the Bars agricultural firm may be associated with their supply.
