Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat received a carbamide export quota

Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat (part of Gazprom) received permission to export abroad carbamide of 310.828 thousand tons.

Earlier, the Russian government has limited nitrogen and complex fertilizer exports from December 1 this year to May 31, 2022. In total, all Russian producers will be able to export no more than 5.9 million tons of nitrogen fertilizers and 5.35 million tons of complex fertilizers. Until November 25, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia distributed the supply volumes between the fertilizer producers.

The received quota will allow Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat to preserve the production of mineral fertilizers at the same level of about 60 thousand tons per month.

During the sowing campaign, the priority of carbamide supplies of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat is to fulfill the needs of agriculture in Bashkortostan. Over 40 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers are annually shipped to agricultural producers in the region. Up to 70% of their total output is exported.
