The Chinese company Nanjing Redsun has begun the construction of a sodium glufosinate production, which is expected to be launched next year. At the same time, the company intends to increase the output of diquat dichloride by 15 thousand tons to 60 thousand tons.
Currently, Nanjing Redsun can produce up to 32 thousand tons of paraquat per year, not including other plant protection products. The implementation of new projects will allow the company to strengthen its position in the global pesticide market.
Sodium glufosinate, diquat dichloride and paraquat are potent plant protection products.
