PhosAgro has begun supplying water-soluble monoammonium phosphate (MAF) APALIQUA NP 12:61 to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, the business news site UzDaily reported on Wednesday.

PhosAgro’s distribution network, PhosAgro-Region, is handling sales, supply, and support in those Central Asian markets, the site said.

PhosAgro says that APALIQUA NP 12:61, a water-soluble nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer, is suitable for use in hot, dry climates, and is particularly effective when combined with local granular fertilizers.

The company added that the markets for liquid and water-soluble fertilizers in Central Asia have ‘huge’ potential – and that it will seek to supply its ‘modern, eco-friendly products’ to them in increasingly large volumes.
