An agricultural cooperative to sue KuibyshevAzot

On November 5, a hearing on the suit of the agricultural cooperative Perspectiva (Veshkayma settlement, Ulyanovsk region) to the KuibyshevAzot  (Togliatti) will be held in the Arbitration Court of the Samara region.

According to the case files, the agricultural cooperative Perspectiva intends to recover 610 thousand rubles (approximately $9,400) from KuibyshevAzot. The money was paid under the supply contract, which had been signed between the Parties in April this year.

KuibyshevAzot is one of the largest producers of nitrogen fertilizers in Russia.
