Uralkali has issued Eurobonds

Uralkali issued Eurobonds for $ 0.5 billion with a yield of 4% per annum, maturing in October 2024.
“At its peak, the volume of the bid-book reached more than $ 1 billion including 90 bids received from investors. The investors’ demand allowed to reduce the price parameters of the transaction several times, from the initial 4.375% to 4.125-4.25%, and then to 4-4.125%. The final yield on the issue was 4%,” said Andrey Solovyev, Global Head of DCM at VTB Capital.
