Acron has expanded domestic reach

In Q1 2020, Acron Group increased sales of mineral fertilizers to the domestic market by 65% to more than 500 thousand tons.

According to the announced results, ammonium nitrate and azofoska were the most popular products among Russian farmers. Acron’s ammonium nitrate sales to the domestic market went up by 57% to 363 thousand tons, and the supply of high-performance complex fertilizer azofoska amounted to 149 thousand tons which is 88% more than in the first quarter of 2019.

The largest buyers of Acron products remains the same, i.e. agricultural enterprises of the Central and Southern Federal Districts of Russia.

“We are encouraged by the increased demand for mineral fertilizers from Russian agricultural producers for the spring sowing campaign. I am sure that in the future we will be able to meet the growing needs of domestic farmers as a priority,” said Alexander Popov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acron Group.
