Customs filed a claim against North-Western Phosphorous Company

The Central Excise Customs has filed a claim in the Murmansk Commercial Court against North-Western Phosphorous Company (part of the Acron Group).
As follows from the case files, the Central Excise Customs intends to recover from North-Western Phosphorous Company 205 233 rubles (approximately $2.6 thousand). The reasons for filing a claim were not disclosed.
North-Western Phosphorous Company develops the Oleniy Ruchey GOK, which is the deposit of the same name in the Murmansk region. In 2019, the enterprise produced 1.084 million tons of apatite concentrate and 538 thousand tons in the first half of 2020.
