North-Western Phosphorous Company is sued by Gazprom Neft

Gazprom Neft Regional Sales (part of Gazprom Neft) filed a claim to the Moscow Commercial Court against North-Western Phosphorous Company (part of Acron).

As follows from the case files, Gazprom Neft Regional Sales intends to recover from North-Western Phosphorous Company 408 thousand rubles (approximately $5.4 thousand). The reasons for filing the claim are not disclosed in the materials, however, this amount might be the debt of North-Western Phosphorous Company for the supply of petrol and diesel fuel.

Gazprom Neft Regional Sales are engaged in wholesales of petrol, diesel fuel and fuel and lubricants from the oil refineries located in the Moscow, Omsk and Yaroslavl regions.

North-Western Phosphorous Company develops the Oleniy Ruchey deposit (Murmansk Region), which extracts apatite ores. In the January-September period of this year, the company increased the production of apatite concentrate by 8.3% to 848 thousand tons.
