Avgust faces a lawsuit from Wosem advertising group

Today the Moscow Commercial Court will hold a hearing on the claim of the advertising group named Wosem (city of Moscow) against Avgust company (city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow region).
The reasons for filing a lawsuit and claims put forward are not disclosed in the materials.
Avgust is one of the largest producers of crop protection agents in Russia. The company currently manages three pesticide plants, two of which are located in Russia and one in Belarus. Avgust is also developing its own agricultural business and recently acquired an agricultural enterprise in Tatarstan with an area of 10 thousand hectares.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
