Wosem advertising group sues Avgust again
On September 27, 2021, the Commercial Court of Moscow held a hearing on the claim of the advertising group named Wosem against the Avgust company.
As follows from the case files, the advertising group Wosem intended to collect from Avgust 4.650 million rubles (approximately $64 thousand).
Earlier, Wosem had already sued Avgust, when the Commercial Court of Moscow ruled to recover from Avgust the debt under the contract for the paid provision of advertising and other services signed with the Wosem Group in January 2018 of 1.161 million rubles (about $16 thousand).
Avgust is one of the largest producers of crop protection agents in Russia and the CIS countries.
