KuibyshevAzot intends to sign a special investment contract
KuibyshevAzot (Samara region, Togliatti) provided the administration of the Kursk region with information on modern technologies for the production of nitrogen fertilizers, which can be used to sign a special investment contract (SPIC).
KuibyshevAzot plans to build a plant for the production of nitrogen fertilizers, which may become a resident of a future special economic zone in Zheleznogorsk. Natural gas will be used as a raw material for the production of nitrogen fertilizers. The Kurskkhimvolokno plant (part of KuibyshevAzot) should become the project operator.
SPIC is a government mechanism aimed at stimulating investments in industrial production in Russia.
