New sapropel fertilizers production to be launched in the Novgorod region

The Eco-Trade company plans to launch the production of organomineral fertilizers from lake sapropel in the Novgorod region.

“Certification in 2020 was the final stage of the preparatory work. The commission of the production is scheduled for April 2021, for which 15 additional jobs will be created,” said the Head of the Volotovsky region Alexander Lyzhov.

Total investments in the project may reach 25 million rubles (approximately $340 thousand). The project was supposed to be implemented in 2018-2019, however, the terms have shifted.
