KuibyshevAzot wants to collect a fine from Acron

On March 2, 2021, the Commercial Court of the Smolensk region held a hearing on the claim of KuibyshevAzot against the Dorogobuzh plant (part of Acron Group).
As follows from the case files, KuibyshevAzot intends to recover from the Dorogobuzh plant a fine of 3.995 million rubles (approximately $53.5 thousand) under the contract for the supply of products No. 0044/02/18006 dated December 4, 2017, for excessive downtime of rolling stock in the period from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2019.
KuibyshevAzot, as well as the Dorogobuzh plant, is engaged in the production of nitrogen fertilizers.
