Avgust received a claim for improperly occupied land

On May 11, the Commercial Court of the Stavropol region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Municipal Property Management Committee of Stavropol against the Avgust company.

According to the case files, the Municipal Property Management Committee of Stavropol claims Avgust to leave a part of the land plot in Stavropol and dismantle auto barriers there.

Avgust is one of the largest producers of plant protection products. The company has a representative office in the city of Stavropol headed by Aues Shebzukhov.
