Togliattiazot is facing a serious problem

The Commercial Court of the Samara region is considering two claims filed by the administration of Togliatti against the Togliattiazot plant. The dates of hearings have not yet been set, and the reasons for filing the claims are not disclosed.

Togliattiazot is one of the largest ammonia producers in Russia and the world. The plant also outputs carbamide.

At the end of last year, Togliattiazot produced 3.041 million tons of ammonia (an absolute record in the entire history of the enterprise) and 839 thousand tons of carbamide.
