Acron plans to increase carbamide production on its main plant

The Acron plant (part of Acron Group) has launched a new project to expand and modernize its carbamide production. The project will allow Acron to increase its total capacity to 2.4 million tons of carbamide per year by 2023.

The project provides for the reconstruction of carbamide units No.1-4 with an increase in capacity from 2 to 3.1 thousand tons per day. The company is currently developing the design documentation.

Acron has also begun the construction of a new granulation plant with a capacity of 2 thousand tons per day.

Investments in the projects for the modernization of units No.1-4 and the construction of a new granulation plant will amount to $92 million.
