Severodonetsk Azot can be restarted soon

Severodonetsk Azot (Luhansk People’s Republic) has hired over 200 employees. They will work on the territory of the enterprise to remove the wreckage, clean the area and protect the buildings.
According to the statement of the Acting Head of Administration of the city of Severodonetsk, Nikolai Morgunov, after the facility is put in order, the production of nitrogen fertilizers might be restarted there.
In 2020, Severodonetsk Azot produced 432.86 thousand tons of ammonia, 444.38 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate and 352.04 thousand tons of carbamide (data for 2021 is not available). It was formerly owned by Group DF.
