Fertilizer exports from Russia by rails increased by 15% in March

Compared to the same period last year, the export transportation of fertilizers through the Russian Railways network in March 2023 increased by 15%. Compared to February this year, traffic increased by 14%.
Despite the increase in the volume of export transportation by Russian Railways last month, the indicators for 1Q2023 turned out to be worse than last year by 11% (7.2 million tons). At the same time, domestic transportation increased by 6% to 8.9 million tons.
