Koch Fertilizer plants received Energy Star certifications

Koch Fertilizer announced that three of its plants in Beatrice (Nebraska, USA), Enid (Oklahoma, USA) and Brandon (Manitoba, Canada) received Energy Star certifications for the best energy efficiency in 2022. The well-deserved award was presented by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Conservation and Natural Resources Union of Canada.

The factory located in Beatrice has been certified for the fourth time, and this is the third award for the Enid plant. The Brandon facility was certified for the second time. Results like these perfectly reflect how Koch Fertilizer continues to improve its energy efficiency.

Energy Star certification is awarded to US and Canadian nitrogen fertilizer companies that are ranked in the top 25% for energy efficiency. All companies are thoroughly checked. Even small problems with environmental legislation will not allow any company to get the desired certificate.
